A spotlight on our nearest Championship Mini Golf course – Wroxham Barns.
The Championship course was opened in August 2008 by six members of the British Minigolf Team.
Chris Harding launched the course by beating Richard Tidy in a challenge match.
The course has 18 holes, each different from the next. The fairways include gentle slopes and water hazards, obstacles like bridges make an appearance also.
The course has been designed to British Minigolf Association standards.
In 2010 it hosted the British Minigolf Association English Championship and the 2011 English Open. More recently in May 2013 the BMGA British Championships came to Wroxham.
As this is our nearest Championship Mini Golf course Puttefingers will be making it’s way to play the course very soon… watch this space!
