A few weeks back we were by the seaside in sunny Felixstowe – hard to imagine with the recent hailstones!
A day at the sea of course isn’t completed unless you indulge in a round or two of crazy golf so we embarked upon the outdoor Adventure Golf which is set in themed gardens along the Sea Road.
This is a 9 hole course with mystical figures, some difficult holes and definitely skill is required. The holes are lined with rope with water features, rope bridges and Inca idols. The course is well maintained and good value for money at £2 per child and £2.50 per adult and definitely worth a play if you are in the area.
My son aged 10 completed the course 7 over the recommended par 22 and our 9 year old daughter hit a hole in one on hole 4 named Humpy! She certainly did have the hump afterwards as she tackled the remainder of holes which required accurate lines to be played and several 5’s and 6’s were scored.
