On Monday of this week our Twitter page was greeted with this excellent spoof promotional video for the Augusta Masters 2012:
With the opening of the Masters in Augusta just hours away, Ben Fogg the brainchild of Shaven Ape TV that makes spoof videos, commercials and viral content, made this crazy-golf take on The Masters.
This video is currently amusing lots of us with Tiger Woods playing the loop the loop and Luke Donald chipping in via a mini railway, this footage has certainly made us all smile at Putterfingers and indeed amongst the crazy golf players across the World.
Sadly the video is no longer available due to a BBC copyright claim.
The video, with almost 16,000 hits on YouTube, was originally made as an invite to a Masters watching party and has been shown to the golf team at Sky – “The former golfers said it was ‘blasphemous’,” Fogg said as reported in this article from The Independent newspaper.
Well we think it is a stroke of comic genius – you get our vote Ben for creativity!
